Pilates

Following many disruptions due to Covid-19 we are happy to announce a resumption of our Clinical Pilates Mat work classes. These classes start at 6-30pm on a Monday and Tuesday and run for 45 mins. The classes are fun and informative. All equipment is provided. Simply come in and start. Looking forwards to seeing you in class.
